Happy New Year!
I like new years. I like thinking about what I did over the last year and dreaming up new shit to do. It’s hard ot remember all the things I did this year!
In 2008 I:
went to Hawaii
camped out at the ranch
quit my day job
got better at and had more fun parenting a toddler
made some friends
blogged a lot
sold my crafty stuff at a craft fair
got way way better at sewing
tried a variety of new crafty things
Some basic goals have for 2009 are:
make more money crafting and blogging
learn some spanish? (i’m not sure if I am fully behind this one yet)
get even better at sewing – finish some clothing
use back up care more often
get massages
get some other regular childcare
budget
lose weight/get stronger
Also make these salted caramel cupcakes.
2008 rocked compared to 2007 and I’m anticipating 2009 will be even better.
