Punk songs for toddlers- It’s never too early
Yep. It’s never too early to give your kid a can of spray paint, a mohawk, a ukulele and some loud aggressive music. My sister just wrote up her list for toddlers, elementary school age and teenagers. I distinctly remember us dancing to Rock Lobster back in the day.
so possibly Candyoisis is WRONG (yes, it is) for a toddler but I can’t help it. What’s so fucking good about that song?! Jack used to bounce to it in his door frame bouncer thingy. ehhhe We also made him dance to the hideous 80′s song ‘I Was a Male Stripper in a Go-Go Bar’.

Ahahahah! Reminds me of when my oldest daughter was about 3… we were driving somewhere, listening to Marilyn Manson, and this little voice from the back seat starts singing along: “We’re all stars now… in the taupe show.”
Thank goodness for mis-heard lyrics!

When my daughter was five, she was wildly enthused about “Start Wearing Purple” by Gogol Bordello and “Not Too Soon” by Throwing Muses.
